Submit an Announcement

Announcement Submission Guidelines:

  • Before submitting an announcement, make sure all of the details for the event are prepared (date, time, location, etc)
  • For best results, submit your slide as an image with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 in jpg or png format. 
  • Be careful not to crowd your slide with details. Put only essential information on the slide, and submit additional details in the “Event Details” text box.
  • All submissions are subject to review and approval of the leadership team.
  • Announcements should be submitted no later than the Wednesday before the first Sunday the announcement is to run, at 11:59pm. (Example, if the announcement is to run Sunday, March 10, it should be submitted by Wednesday, March 6th.)
