How to Report a Concern at Vineyard City Church

What do you do if you have a serious issue with or at Vineyard City Church? Below is a recommended route to follow. 

Reporting an issue:

  • Pastors at the church: Sean or Todd
    • If your issue is with a pastor at our church and you feel uncomfortable speaking with them, you could speak with a Board member of the church. The Board is the governing body of the church and oversees the pastors. 
  • Board Members: Tony Stoltzfus (Board Director), Matt Williams, Carol Flannery, Robin Frolich
    • If you believe the issue cannot be resolved with the pastors or the Board you could reach out to the Regional Leader of the Northwest Region. The Regional leader may change over time, but the office of Regional Leader will remain intact. 
  • Regional Leader: Marshal Prewitt – Vancouver Vineyard Church
